Here are some questions common to our clients.  If you have a question that is not answered here, please send us a quick note below or give us a call!

  • I'm new to this. What is the first step?
    Typically the first step is to schedule an initial evaluation appointment. Message or call us to schedule your visit or let us know if you have other questions first.
  • How do I pay for my visit?
    We accept cash or card payments.
  • What if I have insurance? Is my visit covered?
    We currently accept some insurance plans (see list here) and are in the process of being able to accept more. Please check with us or your insurance company as to whether your insurance will cover your visits.
  • When do I need to arrive for my appointment?
    Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment session. Others may be scheduled directly after you so we try to keep visits as on time as possible.
  • Can I bring other children with my to my child's session?
    We have a small waiting room for you to wait in during treatment sessions. At times, we may ask for your participation in a session. Therefore, it is preferred that you make other arrangements for siblings, etc., but we realize this is not always possible and understand if other children wait with you during treatment sessions.
